Today he manages one of the leading central stations in the industry and is active on SIA, NBFAA, NICET and CSAA committees. A regular speaker on all central station subjects, Morgan is renowned for participation on the Accent List Server where he has shown an exceptional breadth of knowledge that he willingly shares. |

Michael Kallio, Manager of Dealer Services
Michael is an essential element of the team brining over 23 years of central station services industry experience. He has served the company in several areas including manager, systems administrator and recently spearheaded the conversion and upgrade to the stages ™ automation platform as Project Coordinator. Michael holds his current position as Manager of Dealer services supporting our dealers throughout the United States. |

Sherri Florez, Central Station Manager
Sheri Florez has been an important part of the team for 23 years. Before being promoted to Assistant Operations Manager she was a lead in the Data Entry Department as manager. She has worked closely with our subscribers & dealers to insure the proper handling of their accounts. |

Shannon joined the in September 1992. She started as a dispatcher and has held many positions in the company including Data Entry, and Billing Representative. Shannon currently supports our dealers as the Billing Manager. |
